For the past 12 years, Quattro has been providing multidisciplinary engineering masterplanning infrastructure services in relation to an open area to the south of Craigmillar and Niddrie, east of Little France and north and east of Danderhall, including the small villages of Newton and Millerhill.
The development includes allocation for:
- land for approximately 4,000 private owner-occupied houses
- up to 30 hectares of land for general industry/business use including the development of Shawfair Business Park
a site for a local centre, including community facilities and shopping, to serve existing and new development.
