Scottish Qualifications Authority Headquarters

Construction of new three storey office building to house the headquarters of the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) at Shawfair, near Edinburgh. This development comprised a new purpose-built, self contained Office/Script Management Facility (SMF) with a target BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’ and an Energy Performance Certificate rating of ‘B’ as assessed under the Scottish Scheme. The office building provides 42,350sqft net internal office space and 12,600sq.ft gross internal SMF space with a link corridor between both buildings.
