This Grade II listed building in Bristol’s Historic Quarter was built as the home of Edward Everard’s Printing Works in 1900 and features a unique Art Nouveau façade.

In Spring of 2018, Artisan acquired the site; a mix of historic listed buildings and the former NatWest Court offices, and planning permission was sought.

The new development will feature 255-bedroom hotel, commercial units and 24 residential units.
