Shawlands Arcade Regeneration

Clydebuilt LP yesterday announced plans for the extensive renovation of the Shawlands Arcade which will see the development of over 300 new homes, new retail units and a landscaped garden area.

Quattro Consult will be working alongside Ediston Real Estate, Haus Collective, CSQ Consult, Henderson Warnock, Sweco, Gardiner & Theobald and Zander Planning deliver this exciting project.
